Product Description

This custom progressive stamping die is designed for producing sheet-metal components used in automotive oil cooler assemblies.

The strip layout, forming stations, cutting clearance and die structure are developed according to the customer’s approved part drawing, material specification, press parameters and production requirements.

Manufacturing and Inspection

Manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.

Selected die components may undergo vacuum heat treatment, deep cryogenic treatment, polishing or TiCN coating according to their materials and functions.

Inspection equipment includes CMMs, optical profile projectors, height gauges, material spectrometers, microscopes and micrometers.

Drawing Formats

DWG, STEP, X_T, IGES and PDF.

Design software includes AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.
