In 2026, IDO Technology shipped stamping dies for multiple washing machine components to an Iranian home appliance manufacturer. The supply included tooling for inner drum blanks, cabinets, front panels, front rings, connecting plates, and brackets, supporting the client’s preparations for in-house production of washing machine metal components.
The Client’s Production Goal
The client planned to manufacture washing machine metal components in-house and needed stamping dies for a range of parts. This required tooling for both major components, such as the drum and cabinet, and smaller connecting and supporting parts.
The project involved different sheet thicknesses and operation sequences. IDO supplied an inner drum progressive die alongside separate dies for successive stamping operations on front panels and selected connecting and supporting components.

The inner drum progressive die was supplied for stamping drum blanks. Front panel tooling comprised separate dies for successive operations, with press requirements varying by operation.
The supply also included dies for upper and lower connecting plates and several bracket components. Together, these tools extended the project beyond the main cabinet and drum parts to the smaller metal components included in the client’s production plan.
Shipment Milestone
IDO shipped the dies in the second half of 2026 to support the client’s preparations for in-house production of washing machine metal components.
The project demonstrates IDO’s experience supplying tooling for both major washing machine components and smaller connecting and supporting parts within a single project.
