This custom stage stamping die is designed for forming SUS430 washing machine rear covers.
The die structure, forming operations and tooling specifications are developed according to the customer’s approved rear-cover drawing, material thickness, press parameters and production requirements.
Manufacturing processes include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.
Standard-component brands, tool materials and coatings are defined in the approved bill of materials.
The quantity of trial parts and the required 2D and 3D assembly drawings are confirmed in the project delivery agreement.
