This sheet metal stage stamping die is designed for forming DC52D-PCM side panels for household washing machines. The die measures 1300 × 700 × 560 mm and weighs approximately 3 tons. Manufactured using CNC milling technology, it supports stable and accurate forming of washing machine sheet metal components for home appliance production.
Manufacturing processes include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.
