Equipment Upgrade|IDO Technology Adds 1,000-Ton Servo Press in 6 Million RMB Investment

2025-11-19

IDO Technology has recently completed a major investment of 6 million RMB, bringing into operation a brand-new 1,000-ton heavy-duty servo press. The equipment has now been fully installed, calibrated, and officially put into production.
This upgrade is not just an expansion of capacity—it is a strategic step forward in strengthening customer experience, refining our production workflows, and elevating the competitiveness of our manufacturing ecosystem. With this addition, IDO Technology significantly expands its service boundaries, boosts delivery efficiency, and enhances the precision and cost-effectiveness we bring to our clients in the home appliance and automotive industries.

01 — A Leap in Delivery Efficiency
Achieving “In-house Pre-Debugging, On-site Readiness” for Seamless Deployment
In the home appliance and automotive sectors—where industrial upgrading and accelerated takt times have become prevailing trends—customers are demanding faster response cycles and higher supply-chain agility.
To meet these rising expectations, the newly introduced 1,000-ton servo press is positioned as a “pre-production stage simulator” for customer environments. Before a mold leaves the factory, we can precisely replicate the client’s actual production conditions by configuring the press to match their equipment model and process parameters—tonnage, stroke speed, forming curve, pressure-holding behavior, and more.
By simulating real-world operating conditions, we conduct multiple rounds of trial runs and process validation. This ensures that every mold is delivered in a “production-ready” state.
This workflow transformation allows IDO Technology to shift much of the traditional on-site debugging phase to the factory stage, enabling true “install and produce” deployment upon arrival. Delivery cycles are significantly shortened, empowering customers to reach mass-production ramp-up faster and secure critical market timing.

02 — A Technological Breakthrough
Entering the Field of Transfer Die Manufacturing
This upgrade also marks IDO Technology’s official entry into transfer die manufacturing.
Transfer dies, equipped with automated material-transfer systems, enable multiple forming steps to be completed along a single production line. They are especially suited for high-precision components such as automotive structural parts and core home appliance components.
With this new capability, IDO Technology can now offer customers production solutions that deliver higher efficiency, greater consistency, and superior product quality.

03 — A New Era in Tryout MethodologyFrom “Single-Station” to “Parallel” Trials
Traditional mold tryouts typically rely on single-process testing—an approach that is time-consuming and insufficient for evaluating the cooperative performance of multiple molds.
The spacious worktable of the new servo press enables simultaneous testing of multiple molds, shifting the tryout methodology from “single-point validation” to parallel, multi-mold evaluation.
This not only enhances tryout efficiency but also allows us to thoroughly assess the synergy of molds under continuous stamping conditions. Potential compatibility issues can be identified and resolved in advance, ensuring higher stability and reliability for all molds delivered.

04 — Expanded Service Capabilities
With the powerful forming capacity of a 1,000-ton servo press, IDO Technology is now able to undertake projects of greater complexity, larger size, and higher precision requirements.
Whether it is high-strength steel stamping for automotive applications or multi-station progressive dies for the home appliance industry, we are equipped to deliver more diverse, higher-quality, and more technically sophisticated solutions.

A New Chapter in Intelligent Manufacturing
The launch of the 1,000-ton servo press reflects IDO Technology’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer-centric service. We firmly believe that only through continuous technological investment and service optimization can we generate greater value for our partners.
Looking forward, IDO Technology will continue to strengthen its technical capabilities and enhance its service system, providing customers with superior products and more robust manufacturing support.

We are ready—
and we look forward to working with you to explore broader possibilities
and advance the future of the industry together.
